TITLE II

TITLE II Professional Development and Class Size Reduction

Picayune School District uses its full Title II, Part A allocation for the funding of class size reduction teacher units. All remaining Title II funds are used to support professional development activities. 

 Currently, Picayune School District employees four teachers with Title II, Part A funds. Nicholson employs three CSR teachers. South Side Lower and West Side each employ one CSR teacher. 

 Picayune School District received its preliminary FY15 Title II allocation in the amount of $240,760.00.
